Just returned from an invigorating holiday in the beautiful New Zealand. Spent three weeks wandering around the shaky Isles seeing family, tourist sites and generaly just enjoying oneself with plenty of walks in beautiful national parks. One week was spent in Queenstown where we attended a four day seminar on Wealth Creation which is run by Jamie McIntyre. The seminar was great learned a lot and feel more motivated to carrying on with my plans to retire within three years! To view what I have been involved in visit my web site here. After the seminar there were more walks and of course some skiing which while Tania had fun (being canadian) I was in the quasi space of fear and joy as a carreened in semi control down the easy slopes. All was good until the place became a bit more crowded and I had to avoid a fellow skier and went down a particularly steep and rough slope. fell twisted the knee and felt pain. Nothing broken but a definite limp was the end result.
Saw plenty of Rugby, which is just fine by me, amazed at the 49 - 0 thrashing the Walabies gave the bok and was overjoyed when we held the bledisloe cup again. Looking forward to the world cup next year, had thought in a flash of hope that I could go to the series but was unable to get organised quick enough, consequently all the tickets have been taken up for the touring supporters. So instead will shout myself a digital projector, statalite sport conection and set it all up in my very large shed. Already planning where the bar is going to go and of course who is going to be permitted to attend (must be dead set serious rugby fanatics).
Even though I have an absolute beauty of a flu which I picked up as a momento from my holiday, I am flat out trying to tidy everything up before heading back to sea for five weeks. In a way it is a great way to get a lot done as with a definite deadline I have to be in a position where everything is on auto pilot while I am away. There is no way I can do anything while I am at sea so the pressure is on. Hence the push for early retirement. Only wished that I had run into this wealth creation plans and ideas at a much earlier age, say 25!
Yes there will be a break of five weeks in my blog but I will try and write while I am at sea and post them when I am next home.
